Ramesh Jarkiholi released from hospital and advised home isolation – Mysuru Today

Prime News, Karnataka, Health, Disease, Crime, Women, Belagavi, April 8: – BJP deputy, former minister and accused of the “Sleaze CD” case Ramesh Jarkiholi was released on Wednesday April 7 from the government hospital in Gokak taluk, where he had been admitted for treatment for Covid-19.

Jarkiholi refused to speak to reporters waiting outside the hospital because he was suffering from Covid-19. Doctors said she was advised to self-quarantine at home for two weeks. He was admitted to hospital on Sunday evening after complaining of respiratory problems and being treated in intensive care.

Jarkiholi was forced to resign as minister on March 3 after a video clip showing him in a compromising position with a 25-year-old woman aired on local news channels on March 2.

He skipped two sessions with the Special Investigation Team (SIT), citing health concerns, while the 25-year-old and her legal team alleged that Jarkiholi was skipping the investigation to escape arrest. They also alleged that the SIT was helping Jarkiholi as much as possible.

Two members of the SIT went to the hospital on Tuesday and gathered information about his state of health and the care provided by the doctors who treated him. (RM, inputs: agencies)
